Juwan Howard has to be fired or several game suspension

Silliness. Gard is a prick, but you don't suspend a guy for being a prick. The asst. coach who got macked should get a game. Howard needs ta go.
Incorrect. Juwan was just standing his ground after he was grabbed aggressively by a butt hurt Gard. Wahh he didn’t shake my hands.
Second altercation with opposing coach. You don't get to fight opposing coaches. Period. He needs to be fired and forced to get counseling.

The Maryland episode shows Howard is out of control. Howard needs to grow up. Adults don't act that way. This isn't the streets. This was a college sport on national television. I'd be shocked to see him on the sidelines again at the least for this season, and if I were a B1G coach I'd demand more severe penalties for Howard.
Agree. Juwan may very well be fired. Gard needs to grow up as well. You can’t go around grabbing people because they do not congratulate you.
How can they force him to get counseling if they fire him?
I was on a roll. Didn't think that thru, but someone in his circle should definitely urge him in that direction.
If he’s not fired, he should be suspended for season and take anger management.
You’ve said that about 20 times now but maybe you should pay attention to why he wanted to talk to him.
We can agree Gard is probably a prick, and shouldn't have touched Howard, even after Juwan mouthed off. But there's an expectation that even a heated discussion can be had, and violence isn't a consideration. There is a large chasm between touching an arm and grabbing someone by their shirt collar.
you clearly grew up in in a country club. Let a dude touch your arm once and you are inviting the whole world to touch said arm.

Good Lord, man. Coaches can’t strike other coaches - or anybody else. Nothing Gard or anybody else said or did warranted Howard’s actions.
I tend to think he should be fired. But, if not, his season should be over. But that seems like it would be insufficient.
Lol ok. Howard is a grown man making millions to mold student athletes, not a sharecropper fighting Jim Crow. He didn't even slap the dude who touched him, he swung at somebody else.
Look, this has been coming. Wisconsin has been passive aggressive, crap talking, tugging and pulling it’s way to the top of the B1G. The refs and the league have let them do this. Knight would’ve knocked Gard into next week!
Read the thread. I was accused of growing up in a country club based on my take that Howard should be fired. My reply to Lucy was a play on that.

Yep. Howard will not be fired. If he was at IU he would be but I doubt Michigan has the holier than thou attitude

No. Howard got butt hurt over a timeout and acted like a baby after the game. Gard stopped him to call him on it and Howard stuck his finger in Gard's face. If you don't want a timeout called like that, then WIN THE GAME!
