It's gotten quite a bit of coverage - maybe not media but otherwise. I know I watched a documentary on it on Netflix or something. And there are others. Pretty creepy stuff. They'd head over to West Palm to the shitty neighborhoods west of Military Trail and bring high school girls back to the island to give the old f*ucker massages.
I can also tell you that this isn't a party "gotcha" deal. Trump, Clinton, Repub/Dem nonsense. It's having so damn much money that you feel invincible, coupled with being creepy as hell. Palm Beach life is a different life.

The documentary on Netflix on Epstein? As the father of 2 daughters, it disturbed me so much that I was unable to stomach watching the whole thing. I barely made it through the one on Nassar.

He could walk two blocks to Worth and find five knockouts happy to be saved for six months. Pulling poor high school kids is absolutely bizarre, and disgusting.
In my mind sexual abuse of young girls and boys is as bad as it gets. Epstein deserved to die. Whoever the “important” people are no matter their status should be in prison.
Pizzagate is a bizarre conspiracy. But don’t tell me the prosecutors know who the “important” people are who abused these young girls. Why aren’t they doing something about it? Going after Maxwell shouldn’t be the end but it will be the end.

Consecutive or concurrent sentences… could be more interesting than the trial.
With the uproar over the charges being dropped … hard to believe a diversion program will be accepted by the judge.

We always say we want famous people to be treated the same as regular folks. If Jussie was regular folks, he'd get a light sentence for this, right?

You know I'm all for treating the elite more harshly, but a severe punishment here feels out of place.
I'm with you on the punishment. The embarrassment of it is punishment. He harmed himself. Although I will say regular folks would have been treated differently imo. They would have gotten a plea deal that wouldn't have included time imo. Did they offer him one?
Good question. But since he pleaded not guilty, anyway, probably a moot point. Maybe?
Given the system, he will be sentenced to probation and community service…like writing parking tickets, which in the Chicago traffic courts should only take a few days to cover his $$10s of $$1000s of city expenses he cost the city..not to mention the secondary costs of police diverted from working on real crimes.
Posters here jump to unfounded conclusions and that is aided by irresponsible mainstream media like that. I’ve said numerous times here that it’s best to wait fo a few days to see what the real story is. My advice has usually not been followed.
Likely thought taking a deal was an admission of guilt. Might as well try to beat it and save face, or something.
