just reign it in some, you don't have to stop, just enjoy actually good cocktails and buy the good stuff and slow down. The cost will slow you down if you buy the good stuff. I had a problem, but that's how I dealt with it, the stuff is too expensive to slam. Just get some weed and drink if you want sometimes or nightly at first, but not too much. They key is to not feel like shit every day and need something 1st thing. Then you're 1/2 there, just a couple days of being on edge a little bit, but the weed will take that off
