One had a guy puff his chest and do nothing w his coat pushed back on his hips...that allowed 22+ and 17+ point runs w no adjustments...and after scoring 14 points in 1st half, did not get a shot until under 2 min left in the game...

That is one of the things that bothered me about CAM this season; the lack of development of RL as a player. Too many games he was lost out on the wing with no connection to the play in progress or looking to score. When RL & JM worked the paint in tandem IU was difficult to stop and gave IU rare offensive capability. It really wasn't until 3/4 of the season has passed that RL learned that the dribble drive was a better option for the deciding points in a close game than the step back jumper.

Perhaps CAM schooled him on these things and RL continued to repeat freshman mistakes but from all that I have seen & heard, RL is a intelligent, hard working, coachable player, so the games where he become a non-factor on the wing were perplexing.
