I would have guessed their shooting percentage was quite a bit worse than it is, from watching the games.
It's painful to watch them play at times.

That’s because of the last 8 games. Those are freshest in our memory banks. as bad as the percentage is on the season, it’s the trend that’s so troubling. Shootings a funny thing though. Things can turn around quickly.

Some of the three point shooting problems are due to not feeding the hot hand. Someone hits one or two in a row and we ignore him for the next day or two. Some days the horse does not run well. but when he does, feed him.

That will never happen again with the current 3 point line. The line in '87 was a chip shot for players like Alford.

Actually you are probably better to just let shot clock expire as opposed to clanking a 3
