Since the schedules are unbalanced, I think it's interesting to see the record against the standings as the season develops. Here's the update as of this morning.
Also, while it's not a knock on Michigan or Dusty May, I'd note that their schedule has been pretty unbalanced so far. Against teams 9th-through 18th, the Wolverines are 6-1 (including an OT win over 16th-place Northwestern and an OT loss against 17th-place Minnesota). Against the top EIGHT teams, they're 2-1 (and that loss was a total beatdown at Purdue).
