It should be noted that Ydon Garza, the girl who came 6,000 miles to say FU to Purdue had 19 pts and is featured in a clip on the ESPN site…….she’s number 12, and is nailing 3 pters like another famous number 12

The ladies looked good but, as always, tough to know against smaller schools.
In past years Moren rarely substitutes, usually goes only about 7 deep. Even up big and late, the bench might get very few minutes at the end of the fourth.
Last night we saw most everyone.
KB had a cast on her right arm, we need an expected return date for that.
Freshman Garzon starts so she is ready to help now. Freshman Meister and Bargesser played and both looked ready to play sub type minutes already. We needed another big and Meister May be it.
Parrish looked very good, I think she will get a lot of minutes. Alyss looked good.
Chloe looked ok. Started. We play a line up heavy with guards, started 4 guards and Mac.
If Scalia, Parrish, and Yardon Garzon can hit threes ( Grace had a three and it might have been her first ever) we could be very good.

Vermont is a small school for sure, but I was pretty impressed with how they play, especially the hottie from Center Grove and they are point guard, number 14

I agree. She was nice looking. I watched her do a warm up drill dribbling one basketball with each hand (at the same time of course).
The players are becoming taller. At 5’8” you have to be lightening fast or a dead shot.
The other cool thing is parking is free and you can pick any seat in the house.

Worst part...it takes me longer to get home from a WBB game than it does a MBB game because they have no post game traffic control

I went to the big red store, then watched kids get a few autographs, then slowly left. Slow on 17 for sure.

The thing that I noticed the most was the length of the team - going to be very disruptive on defense. I can't wait to see Garzon go up against Caitlin Clark. Plus the depth. Gonna be a good year.
