This game is on BTN once the Michigan/Penn State men's game finishes.

The Huskers are 11-3 and 3-0 in the B1G.

1st period:

Both teams started the game with a turnover. Parrish opened the scoring with a 3-pointer. IU took a lead of 9-4 with Parrish opening the game with three three-pointers. It was 11-8 IU at the first official's timeout at 4:17. Both teams had three turnovers each at the timeout. IU took a 16-10 lead on a three pointer by Scalia. Parrish knocked down her fourth 3-pointer to make it 19-12 IU.

End of 1st: IU 20 Nebraska 15

The Huskers hit a three ball after an IU turnover as the period came to an end. IU had five 3-pointers in the period with Parrish going 4-4 from behind the arc. IU had six turnovers in the period to five for the Huskers.

2nd period:

IU grabbed a 10-point lead at 27-17 on a 3 by Garzon three minutes into the period. Parrish knocked down her fifth 3 to make it IU 30-21 at just over the six-minute mark. IU grabbed their biggest lead at 32-21 at an official's timeout with 4:57 left in the period. IU got a bucket after the timeout to make it 34-21 IU.

IU upped the lead to 15 on a 3-ball by Moore-McNeil with IU up 39-24. It was IU 40-26 at the 2:15 mark. Scalia who is hitting 97 pct on FTs this season so far missed two FTs with the score at 40-29 IU. A basket by Holmes closed out the period with IU up 42-29.

End of half: IU 42 Nebraska 29

IU was 14 of 23 from the field for 60.9 and they were 8 of 13 on threes for 61.5 pct. IU was 6 of 10 from the line. IU had 10 turnovers in the half with the Huskers having 13 turnovers. IU was led by Parrish with 17 points at the half with Holmes adding 9 points. IU had no one with more than one foul.

The Huskers were 43.3 pct from the field and 37.5 pct on 3s. The Huskers didn't make it to the line and they also have one starter with two fouls. Alexis Markowski, the Huskers leading scorer, had 14 points at the half.

3rd period:

IU opened the period with two buckets and IU had their biggest lead at 17 points at 46-29. The Huskers' Markowski picked up her 4th foul and headed to the bench. The Huskers knocked down a 3-ball and then got an old fashion three-point play to cut the lead to 46-35 with just over 7 minutes left in the period.

A bucket by IU and another 3-pointer by Parrish pushed the lead back up to 51-35. The Huskers started hitting the 3-ball to keep IU from growing their lead and it was 53-40 at a 5:25 timeout. The Huskers went on a 5-0 run out of the timeout to get within 8 points at 53-45. IU would push the lead back up to 60-48 on two buckets after the Huskers had hit another 3-ball and that was the score at a 3:17 timeout.

The Huskers' flurry of points seemed to be stymied by IU and IU put the lead back up to 16 at 64-48 with under two minutes left in the period. IU had pushed the lead up to 19 points with less than one minute left in the period.

End of 3rd: IU 69 Nebraska 49

The period ended with IU having their biggest lead of the game. IU had just one turnover in the period, which was a big improvement from the first half.

4th period:

The Huskers started the period with a 3-ball and Moore-McNeil countered with a 3-ball. A 3-ball by Scalia bounced on the rim before dropping through to give IU their biggest lead at 77-54. The teams started trading baskets at this point and it was 82-60 at an official's timeout at 3:42 and IU starting to bring in the subs. A 3-pointer by Scalia put the lead up to 85-60. The Huskers started cutting into the lead some which included a banked in three with their starters still in with IU having all subs on the floor.
