Well, there are huge numbers still making every excuse they can for Paterno.

Although I liked Paterno and what he stood for with his teams and players, regarding Sandusky there is NO excuse and I think Paterno carried a lot of guilt to his grave. It would have been better had Sandusky died as Paterno would have done everything he could to make it up to the families.

The best thing Paterno could have done to help the victims and families was to put a stop to it.
