So is IU a lock to host the NCAA tourney through to the College Cup?

Yes they are a lock to host. They now have a real shot to be the overall #1 seed since Wake Forest lost to L'ville in the ACC tourney. If IU wins the BIG tourney on top of an undefeated regular BIG season, they make a great case for #1, even with their early season loss to WF.
