I'm no expert on sports performance. But I know a thing or two about being 21.
Get up early, lift weights. Go to class. Do some running. A few positions specific drills.
Dip out to Kilroys by about 10pm, enjoy the spoils of being 6'3" & 220 with about 5% body fat, grab 4-5 hours of sleep, rinse & repeat.
Good thing I was not a talented athlete, it would've been a low ceiling 😂
