I really think the 1950s were the worst decade, and 1957 as the worst season in our history. Ever since then we have had at least one bowl game each decade.

Good stuff, thanks for sharing. I think Corso was under-rated. Record would have been significantly better if he could have played 3 or 4 non-conference cupcakes every year. Also, Mallory really had IU playing very very competitive ball from 1987-1993; wish he had been a little more flexible/adaptable and that IUs admin was more loyal/patient with Mal. Today, it’s a good time to be an IU football fan, plenty of reason to be optimistic.
