Travel it daily......In places "yes". It is mostly 2 lanes however there are stretches of highway that are down to just one lane. Prolly should give yourself another 1/2 hour traveling south. I am not expecting a large crowd due to the Rutgers debacle. Will take longer going home because everyone leaving the stadium roughly the same time.

Take Burton Lane and head east at the stop light when traveling south to the game through Martinsville. You will avoid the logjam on the overpass at SR 37 and SR 39 (one lane on overpass) Follow Burton Ln parallel south along SR 37. Then, cut over on one of the many streets that will connect back onto SR 37 just south of this one lane cluster coming out of Martinsville.

Appreciate the responses. Coming down nice and early from the Region. Hope to be in grass lots nice and early for fun day of tailgating.
