Last night i was listening to the Homefield podcast - maybe its called BHN? anyway, learned a very interesting fact on coaches:
Since 1960, every coach to win a natty, except for coach K!, coached another school to that schools record wins for a season! I found both facts very interesting. 1, coach K was the only natty winner that had not done this and it was bc he was only at Army for a few seasons and not there long enough to beat coach Knights season win total.
2. Maybe this is one box Dolson looks to check during this search? By n means it it the end all be all, but there is a lot of data to support this. This is a box that BM would not check off because the single season record for wins at Drake is 28. Just found this very interesting.
