It was a dogfight two years ago, when FIU led 13-12 early in the fourth quarter. We ultimately won the game and five more, earning bowl eligibility.

They're a well-coached team and I'm certain they view this as a game they can win. We need to bring our "A" game, and get out of town with a "W."

I agree it will be a tough game for IU. Playing on the road in your opener is risky. It's hard to think of it in this manner but unless we get the W we will be playing catch up all season. Go Hoosiers...

Tom Allen is a good guy. But Purdue has a better coach than we do. And that irks me.

Like I said, if anything can go wrong when it comes to IU football, it will. Exactly why making predictions is silly, too much happens throughout a season.
