Sagarin projects the same
so betting wise based on the way I use Sagarin and have for 30 years ... I'd stay off this game even with my mind telling it will be more than a 20 point loss.
I look for games that are 1-3 points differences and where Sagarin shows it will cover by more than one point. I have found any games between the 4-10 point range are a 50/50 game and no bets. If a road team is ever a 10 point favorite on the road and Sagarin shows they cover that ... I bet everything I own ... doesn't happen much but nice when it does.
Take my secret for whatever it's worth...which isn't much

IU has no chance
I remember a time when IU always, ALWAYS had a chance to win any game they played. Now it seems like it's a miracle if they can win a road game. I have no faith whenever they play any road game, outside of Penn State or Northwestern. I'll still watch every game, but with little faith. I guess that's what years of mediocrity will do to an IU fan.

IU was never a guaranteed loss, even with MikeDavis. Every road game we are minus more than I would think, and then we lose by even more. L'ville, MSU,OSU and the PUkes, and IU managed to lose by much more than the line had us at. This sucks,

unfortunately, my thought too. That's how I watch most games now, and I try
and get a peek at a 2nd half score to know if I want to invest the time or not. No confidence that we can go in to Madison and get a win, but hope I'm wrong. CTC seems like Bo's little brother: he likes toying with us but generally knows he can make us cry whenever he wants.
