About it. In the back of my mind I knew better. We easily could have lost and probably should have lost the first game of the season. We could have lost every game we have played, including Wake, where we had a big lead. But the Ohio State game made me a believer. We played so tough with three of our best players out. Even after last week, I blamed it on the injuries. I should have known better, but was feeling so good with that big lead. Sure, I knew in the back of my mind it wasn't over. But I really didn't believe it. I should have known. After decades of watching Iu football, I should know better than to get my hopes up. I shouldn't be so mad. I should have just stayed at my tailgate and partied like everyone else. I'm sure they are all just fine tonight. While I sit home and keep thinking of all those stupid plays. I should have known better. Sigh....anyone else feeling the same?
