Devonte will win us the NIT. That guy will be jacked up to play in front of his family and friends up there. If we can get by Clemson/Wichita St, which neither is going to be real easy, we can finish this.
Last time Miller went up against Marshall he lost. I'm not saying this time can't be different, but I'd rather see IU face Clemson
I do think certain coaches have other coaches number. Just like Holtman seems to have Archie's number and Archie has Izzos.Last time they faced each other Archie was at Dayton and WS (top 25 most of the season) was in the midst of the best run in school history.....and it was a barn-burner in the tourney. What point are you attempting to make?

In the back of my mind I still wonder what it would look like if Romeo decided to play if we get to NYC. Just sayin.Devonte will win us the NIT. the NIT? is that a something for the loser teams?

That is a positive out look...good for youI think Romeo will play if and when he is able to play. I am not in the camp that he is faking an injury to sit. The guy took a beating all year and never sat or complained and he sure could have when things went south.
That’s an awesome first post, congrats.the NIT? is that a something for the loser teams?
It’s the NIT
No it’s really not.Better than nothing.
Yes, it really is. It allows the team to continue practicing. It allows the possibility of momentum going into next season. But I wouldn't expect Mr. Negative to see any positives here.No it’s really not.

Like Penn State did when they won it last year?Yes, it really is. It allows the team to continue practicing. It allows the possibility of momentum going into next season. But I wouldn't expect Mr. Negative to see any positives here.
Like Penn State did when they won it last year?
Unfortunately we’re a little bit too much like them.We arent Penn State.
Unfortunately your posts are a little bit too much like attending a funeral.Unfortunately we’re a little bit too much like them.
It’s the NIT
To begin with take 18 points and 11 rebounds out of the starting lineup. In the back of my mind I still wonder what it would look like if Romeo decided to play if we get to NYC. Just sayin.

I’m done with Romeo-I’ve seen enough. “He gone!”.I think Romeo will play if and when he is able to play. I am not in the camp that he is faking an injury to sit. The guy took a beating all year and never sat or complained and he sure could have when things went south.
Let’s hope he wouldn’t be too “jacked-up”. That can be a scary thing, talking Green.Devonte will win us the NIT. That guy will be jacked up to play in front of his family and friends up there. If we can get by Clemson/Wichita St, which neither is going to be real easy, we can finish this.
That’s not true at all. Completely made up fact.well, it's where literally half the best coaches in America took their teams at the beginning of their tenures but we get that you prefer see all things with douche-tinted glasses.
Jay Wright didn’t have 2 all conference players and 8 4-5 star recruits his 2nd year.So you prefer the Jay wright model at Nova? His 1st 3 years at Nova were all NIT years.
How about the Marshall plan at WSU. No Tourney followed by the CBI then 2 NIT appearances before the NCAA tournament runs started. It took him 5 years to get WSU in the NCAA and that was playing in the MVC.
It's basketball. 12k fans showed up. It seems the fandom is not not so down as the flock of wah wahs here exhibit. The team may not have met expectations but it's good for the kids on the team to keep playing. Maybe after such a frustrating season they can have a little fun and earn a trip to NY.
What in the world are you talking about? I never said anything like that. How many games did you say we would have won without Romeo this year? Was it 6 I believe.
Or is that next year?
Jay Wright didn’t have 2 all conference players and 8 4-5 star recruits his 2nd year.
Archie has the upper hand this time. Marshall is still at a mid-major.
That’s not true at all. Completely made up fact.

And you would be the one to talk to about made up facts. That’s not true at all. Completely made up fact.
Okay, so I called feepaw the NIT of posters, and the comment got zapped. In this thread? Wow.
Well it was especially harsh on the NIT.
