I don't know about practice but I would make them run until they puke and then run them some more until they start to give a shit.

We practiced in dress clothes one night after a road loss back in high school. That was over 25 years ago though. I dont remember hearing any backlash from it. We all looked back on it a few years later and laughed about it.

Top this....one loss back in High School the coach stopped the bus on the way home about 3 miles from the school. It was out in the country. Made the players get off and push the bus the rest of the way.

Could you imaging if a High School coach did this today?
