hoping that something will somehow be done about the pass defense, and every week I'm disappointed. I guess I'm just a really slow learner.

Am I alone in thinking that it should be better at this point in a coach's tenure?

Yeah. Very frustrating

We're always "young"

MSU is showing you what youth does in the secondary and that is a big part of our problem. It takes a long time to make a silk purse out of a sows ear but slowly we are seeing strides being made by the defense.

Would have been nice to have Allen back there to solidify the secondary. Unfortunately we are very young in the secondary and MSU is showing you how that plays out against a good offense.

Yeah, the lack of a pass defense really stands out as a sore thumb, but the rest of the team has been playing pretty good. Hopefully there's no second half collapse this week, and give ourselves a chance to steal a victory if the defense can make a play.

I think we return 9 or 10 starters next year. I am excited to see if Brown, Green, Crawford, etc can develop.

These guys are young and they will probably be good in a few years, by then the line will be all freshman probably. ;)

I hated the fact that Wilson was clapping the whole time a PI was called on us. It's bad enough we already have one coach that can't teach defense that claps all the time.
