Granted the Hoosiers aren’t going to be able to shoot three point set shots. But they could take a lesson from these guys on free throws. And if so perhaps they won’t be one of the worst shooting teams in the country.

not sure where you get that. same form as Stephen Curry and others, with maybe less lift from the legs..

the knees go before most anything else when you get older, thus less lift on the jump. but i doubt Steph gives it his full jump when shooting 100 at a time in practice.

I have found that the legs become even more important in shooting as we age...not to discount your point about knees becoming wobbly
