I feel, you are welcome to differ with me, that Coach was in the league forever, and just assumes that this team will figure all this out on their own.
Even thou they are in collage, I think they need to be talked to like High Schoolers or even lower when it comes to game prep.
Make them understand they can’t take any team lightly.
Even my Elementary and Jr High teams I made sure of this. I don’t care what level You are, have a mindset that your opponent is working hard to be better than you.
You have to come into the game with a serious attitude such as this and be focused on stopping the other guy on each possession.
