You were talking about SD having no "guts".
SD moved on Archie when many thought he wouldn't. Yes, he could have fired Archie after being hired as the AD but SD wasn't hired as AD until July of 2020. That is pretty late in the year to get a quality candidate hired. So do you fire him when the candidate pool is pretty small?
SD moved on Allen when most thought he wouldn't and hired an amazing coach.
It appears to me that he has no problem firing people when the job isn't getting done.
Rumors were and they seemed pretty strong, that SD WAS going to fire Woodson after last year but was overruled.
Just EXACTLY what would you have done in his position?
Resign from a job that I would bet, he loves and makes a million dollars?
He has bosses and the buck does not always stop at SD's desk.
