When I swam in high school, I didn't make the cut off for the state meet. I easily could have made it for girl's. Who would cheer me for taking off my boy's Speedo and putting on a girl's Speedo and going for the state championship?

Ok, I can understand the argument that trans actually think they are the opposite sex from what they were born with. So a trans woman would think he is a real woman. But what I don't understand is why trans men, those who were born female and believe they are actual men when they play sports play against women. Shouldn't they play against the men?

Ok, I can understand the argument that trans actually think they are the opposite sex from what they were born with. So a trans woman would think he is a real woman. But what I don't understand is why trans men, those who were born female and believe they are actual men when they play sports play against women. Shouldn't they play against the men?

I'm pretty sure they do play against men, at least if they are on hormones. Maybe I'm wrong about that.

The approach is key. They didn't make the decision based on political or moral ideology. They put in the effort to do the research and came up with a clinical conclusion that the procedure should be halted. Why should anyone cheer you? (Rhetorical question) You didn't accomplish anything. Like you, I don't see why anyone would want to compete like that. If a girl wants to compete in a traditional boys sport then I'd have no problem with that as far as the competition part.
