Below is a link to a series clips of the types of off ball movement that can be utilized. The first 3-4 minutes are among my favorite actions, and what I've been talking about. The DHO out of the low or mid post. (I didn't realize it had a name.). They call it Grenade action.

Notice, most of Grenades are being run off Split action as well as staggers. Some of them roll into 2-man and 3-man game actions.

As it progresses, it moves into actions away from Grenades, using screens to get others open using the post as the facilitator. One of the clips should look familiar.

To IU's credit, when they take TJD out of the low post, they do utilize a lot of DHO's, but they never do it when he's in the low post. It would make doubling him hard because he wouldn't be stationary, and he can use his dribble for more than just getting vision through/around the double.

I did not make these clips, but it just came across my Twitter feed.
