"The Indiana FB program has been hot on the heels of one of the most talented QB's in the 2021 class & is sitting nicely in his recruitment. The Hoosiers are one of three teams that are trending for 2021 4-Star QB, Donaven McCulley. McCulley is ranked as the #12 dual-threat QB in the entire 2021 class. Outside of Indiana, PU & Missouri have done enough early on in his recruitment to be one of the programs feeling good about it's chances as we head into the summer. Why has Indiana been able to be one of the lead schools for McCulley? The coaching staff noted his potential early on & became the 1st program to extend an offer. Since then, the relationship has taken off & has the Hoosiers as a rel threat to land the talented QB. Up to this point, he has visited Blmgtn twice & will likely be back a few more times due to his proximity & interest in the program. Just how high could McCulley's ceiling be? Carmel's Head FB coach John Hebert says:
"Oh my goodness he's a handful. We haven't seen anyone like him I can remember going back to James Banks[Indiana Mr. Football 2001]. He's just really fluid, talented, natural athlete."
While Donaven McCulley's recruitment is still ongoing, the way Michael Penix & Peyton Ramsey have thrived in Indiana's new offensive system, the Hoosiers could be a perfect match."
