They had a bunch of things pop up on them that has strained their focus that normally would have gone to setting me up. Now, we're kinda setting up on the fly, but I'm good with that. Gives me an opportunity to get used to my surroundings before patients start rolling in. Their EHR is, by far, the most complicated one I've ever done, but has the potential to be the fastest once all the templates and shortcuts are set up. Today is my day off...love that.

What type of lunch schedule will you have?
I can be really flexible most days when I am here, so if you let me know the parameters we're working with, it'll be pretty easy to get together. I had to have lunch with one of the VPs today, but most days I can do as I please....

Right now, it's no big deal...
But I imagine as I'm getting busier, I won't want to get away at lunch in order to get records completed. I am totally off on Wednesdays, so if that works with your schedule, that would be ideal. However, I am not meeting you for lunch until I can pick up the tab.
