I don’t think most think they have an unlimited amount of time… they usually hit and run. I’m sure they got up there pretty quickly. But a large police presence still didn’t prevent it.

I love that America has a living constitution and the founders realized that just because something worked in the 18th century doesn't meant it will always work.
