Hendershot expected to make Cowboys roster

It looks as if several Hoosiers on last year's team have a good shot at making a team - McFadden, Anderson, Hendershot, Caleb Jones, and Ball. It also looks like Scales has made a good impression on the Bengals and may stay on the roster.

Any others I am missing? Fryfogle may latch on after the cuts are made and hit the practice squad.

Hendershot and Fryfogle must have figured out how to not drop easy passes...that's usually required of receivers and tight ends in the NFL. Good for them!

Will be interesting to see if Caleb makes the final cut in GB. Would think practice squad is his likely destination, since teams keep A surprisingly few number of OL.

I'm surprised Ball might make it. With his past histories, I didn't think he would be up to the NFL level.

Incredible fall from grace from 2020 until now. Physically incredibly gifted. Seems like problem between the ears
He just seemed..... disinterested to me last year. It didn't look like he fought for the ball like he did in 2000.

It didn't help that he was the focus of every defensive secondary.

Let's face it - no one except McFadden really covered themselves in glory last year.

Hendershot looked good in the two games I saw him..
But he sure looked small for a T.E. in the NFL..
I was surprised..Actually looked like he lost weight..

I'm thinking more along the lines of the Kevin Wright assist putting him in the league too. I would not mind seeing Wright maybe change to another offensive position coach OR start grooming him for a possible future OC spot. The guy was magic at Carmel and at IMG (which is about as close to college as it gets) he worked with elite kids and went 44-2 over 5 seasons. Hopefully Bell sees tremendous success and if so Wright could be the next guy in line. jus sayin

I thought about mental or understanding type issues as well.
It seemed like it started his last year at IU.
Maybe sitting out until an injury occurs somewhere will help him progress.
