According to Rivals, we have signed Camion Patrick, WR from Miss CC. I am tickled we got another experienced WR. I love the young guys potential but we needed help right now and I hope we got it with Hawkins and Patrick. Would have loved to have gotten WR Jamari Staples from UAB, but he decided to go to Louisville. The only other guy that I wished would have signed is DT Jamal Milan. Oh well, this is still a good looking class. Thanks to the coaching staff for another great effort!!

Go Hoosiers!

Appears to be a solid class. Defense along with skilled positions on

the offensive side of the ball were addressed. Increased athleticism in this class for sure. Nate Sudfeld will have more protection around him this spring and summer than the President. Just saying if he goes down we are probably looking at another 2-3 win season. Was hoping we would land a juco qb to back Nate up but it did not happen. That "find" must be as difficult as Crean trying to recruit a big that can actually play ball. But I digress....

Gotta love the picture of JUCO transfer Camion Patrick...

Diving for the score with only one wheel...

Comparing the football staff to Crean. Wow. Just stop. Can IU have any coach that you won't hate?

I, for one, think we have a backup for Nate.

That said we have a couple of guys who will compete soon. CKW said Hale will start off competing as a QB. Sounds like a good athlete

Re: I, for one, think we have a backup for Nate.

I agree. I think there is a few that can be serviceable backups and potential good starters once they have experience and physically mature. I still don't get the trashing of Zander when everyone knew he needed a redshirt year to mature.

Watching Hale's video, I dont think he ends up at QB.

Has a good arm but I dont think he has the ability to thread a defense. King showed that ability in his tape. I think King will be the QB of the future.

Agree, King is the qb of the future. My main concern however was the 2015

qb situation. We have another big and rugged o-line but as we saw in the Iowa game stuff can happen. Was there another school in the country that lost their top two qb's for the season in the same game? Very difficult position to play and Nate is a good one! Hopefully with this talent influx, Nate and the offense can get back to their 2013 numbers. A healthy Nate should be able to get us to that elusive bowl game and we can lock KW up for another 3-4 years.

Re: I, for one, think we have a backup for Nate.

I actually think by the end of the year, Zander was showing us something. There were a lot of dropped balls in the last couple of games.
