Right. I think that was tipped out of bounds by Smith, trying to keep alive the rebound from a missed free throw by Race.I just saw a longer clip. They say “Smith tapped it out.” My guess is that it was after loose ball. The ref is taking it out of bounds on the sideline afterwards.
