People who weren't there (late 90s) need to realize that teams like this one are what people have been poo pooing for years "Knight's last few years..."

(Yes, when they beat ranked teams and were top 25 but were not projected to win the conference).

Anyway, good win. Great getting points from some new faces.

Oh, I was there and compared to what we’ve had lately, we clearly didn’t understand how good we had it back then. With that said, I still can’t conjure up warm fuzzy feelings about Charlie Miller, Andre Patterson, etc. though. It’s a bridge too far for me.
