Seems very very detail oriented. Knowing all the exact dates and stuff! That should transfer very well! Anyone that’s ever coached at any level knows attention to detail is what sets you apart on the floor!

You watch that interview and you want to hire him for anything. I would kill to have him working for me. Blue collar and humble. Dont make em like that anymore.

Pennsylvania is well known for those types. My cousin grew up there and he might be the hardest worker I’ve ever seen.
