I think today proves without much doubt that Allen struggles with getting the right people in the right seats on the bus.
As fans, we expect the head coach to be able to competently choose the best players to start. He is at every practice and is paid big bucks to do just that. It's mind-boggling that Allen couldn't figure out that Dexter needs to start at QB.
Dexter's running ability really helps this oline. They actually seem to play much harder now that Dexter is the QB. Get the right people out there, Tom!!!
