In a presser Cig said your full and partial scholarships can only add to 85 without taking the revenue share cap hit. So example could have 82 full rides, 6 half rides , or whatever combo and meet the 85. And I assume the same thing applies if willing to take a cap hit and go to 105, the max.
Not sure at all how that relates to preferred walk ons though. I read before that the only impact on walkons is they do count into the 105 limit. Some teams will actually have a smaller total roster at 105, because with walkons in the past they were over it. Not sure at all if they count in any way into the 85. My guess is 85 is the scholly limit but could have walkons totalling 105. A pure guess only.
