I said last night that Gabe will inevitably return to Assembly Hall and beat IU while playing for a MAC school.
I think he just needs a coach @ IU and let him lead them to some exciting wins while wearing the almighty jersey.
Right now what Gabe is doing next year is not on page 1 of my concerns for IU bball.
I just dont want Mike Woodson coaching IU next season.
Nah. He can play @ Dayton. Just needs the right coach and situation there. He can be a valuable 6/3.5apg guh there as upper classman.
I could definitely envision him putting up those numbers at Daytona State College.
It is interesting to think what if Smith came to IU. What would his career look like?
Many of us here said Purdue would flounder without Edey but Smith, Loyer, and Kaufman-Renn run circles around anything we put on the floor. Smith, Loyer, and Cox are all shooting over .400 from three on a decent number of attempts. I watched a bit of their game last night and granted Washington is terrible and they almost seemed to have a home crowd but I fear they are going to earn payback for the Bucket game when we play them.
