Not many people outside the program really care anymore to fight traffic and poor play. Maybe in time...a long time...they will return...
Yeah but there were plenty of tailgates.
Every single lot was FILLED to the brim. Absurd. Imagine if all those people went into the game.
Even my grandma who doesnt watch football said rutgers is awful. That's why no one showed up and stayed in their tailgates
We went to the game. Paid parking and grassy tailgate areas were full. Lots of empty spots in the pre-paid "permit" asphalt spots. I took 4 people including a 4 year old and a senior citizen. Cost 100 bucks for seats eye level to the fireworks. Cost 20 bucks to park and walk a half mile past hundreds of empty parking spots reserved for more important people than me. Cost 40 bucks for concessions. All in all, expensive day, but worth it once a year. It is not worth all the fight and expense for every game. We did have a good time.
