Have him keep Tim Garl as Head Trainer..,, and (this is The most important one***) have him hire the current South Carolina Strength and Conditioning Coach *****Scott Greenawalt*****as the new Head BB S&C leader.

Finally..., check this out Kenpom has FL ranked 3rd overall, 3rd in D & 26th in O. That's 102 spots above us on D and 1 spot above us on Offense.

Now imagine a slightly better offense paired with an immensely better D. We're talking Final Fours...; which is where we should routinely be.

That's the best I can do. I'm trying to help as much as is humanly possible.

Oh, and by the way, I bet his agent will cut you a better deal than Alford's.

Glad someone else is touting Mike White. I don't blame if this board gets fixated on the "known names" but I hope FG and Co. are fully vetting all candidates and turning over every rock. White is definitely someone they should be talking to.

We let "our guy" get away once in Stevens, I hope our leadership is doing all they can to insure we get the best candidate this time.
