It is a difficult time to make decisions on staying in school, transferring, or going to the NBA. We just don't know what will happen over the summer and next season.
Unlikely that college players will report this summer. Grad transfers will not have the summer to bond with their team and work out with the team. Post draft leagues aren't likely this summer. It is a year you better be sure you will get a guaranteed contract to avoid earning a spot on a roster.
I could see a lot of players stay in school. Watford isn't listed in the top 2 rounds of the mock draft I looked at so he must have received some favorable information.
