First half Observations

-OL NOT looking stout. (Hiller?)

-Offense- Not looking so crisp (Sheridan)

-Penix - he can look hot at times and then bad mechanics, side arm slinging, at times can look bad. I’m open to Tuttle second half if drive #1 doesn’t go well.

-Steven Carr - Not blowing me away either.

-Defense - have not really been able to get to the QB.

-Charlton isn’t off to a great start on his end.

-Punter will probably get there, but he’s not looking great yet either

Let’s hope IU shows up second half. Let’s not embarrass ourselves here please!

Pretty much all three phases stink.
We look unprepared but worse than that, it’s really men amongst boys. Good teams don’t have such epic meltdowns like this. You are not a good program yet if you have games that are huge failures right out of the gate and IU is still in the crawling phase.

Nothing has looked great but 17 points off 3 picks. Should be 14 to 3. We are not being dominated like the score would indicate. Come out and win the second half.

I'd say the defense has played well today. Yes one big run, but they seem fairly steady.

The offense, OL, Penix...I can't give them high marks.
