Said this in the beginning....per kenpom, no team with an offense worse than 39 or defense worse than 21 has won a NC when he started tracking....
All of our final four teams fit the parameter on defense even though UNC is #21 and close.....
3 of the 4 teams have it for offense....with Syracuse not even being close.....
This just pounds home the importance of defense....it has to be in the top 20 or pretty close to it to win one...
If I had to choose a winner it would be Oklahoma or Nova...Oklahoma is 13 and 13 on offense and defense and Nova is 4 and 7 on offense and defense....
