I am torn. On the one hand, I want someone going through health issues to have the freedom to step back and say, "This isn't for me anymore, I need to focus on myself." On the other hand, it really sounds like the Dem establishment is coming for the guy, which is exactly the wrong thing to do politically. For all his faults, he's the kind of guy we need to make the Dems a winning team again.

Don't worry - Dems are so far gone, they'll push Fetterman to change Parties.

Biden in his life has never veered anywhere. He's always found a way to position himself in the dead center of the Democratic coalition, so at best, he's drifted. As the party has moved, he's moved with it, but he never veered.
