So maybe I'm the only one who doesn't understand exactly how this all went down. But after watching this piece from 60 Minutes I have a much better understanding. And based on this report I have more compassion for the Wisconsin Republicans involved, and see why they might evade prosecution...
I think it's interesting that Ken Chesebro was personally on hand when the Wisconsin fake electors met and that Mike Roman figured prominently in various text exchanges. For those that don't know, it is Mike Roman and his legal team who filed the charges in GA trying to get Fani Willis disqualified.
