BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Indiana has three mid-week regular-season games remaining on its schedule and two of them take place this week, with a trip to Evansville on Tuesday (7 p.m. ET) and a home game vs. Indiana State on Wednesday (6:05 p.m. ET). The Hoosiers, 17-7 in non-conference play, look to avenge two-week old losses to the Purple Aces and Sycamores.

MID-WEEK GAMES
••• Indiana is 6-3 in mid-week contests, including a 5-1 mark on Tuesdays.

••• Since 2013, the Hoosiers are 24-7 in mid-week tilts (11-3 on Tuesday; 12-5 on Wednesday; 1-0 on Thursday). IU's 24-7 mark in such contests includes records of 14-3 at home, 6-4 on the road and 4-0 in neutral site games.

••• Luke Harrison leads IU with 44 strikeouts and a 1.01 ERA, while Jake Kelzer has pitched a team-high 53.1 innings.

••• Three of the 10 most experienced pitchers in Indiana history are currently on the roster, including two of the top four. Ryan Halstead's 95 career appearances are first while Luke Harrison is third with 82. Scott Effross has played in 72 games, which is sixth.
