Every Wiscy player is a 7th year Senior.I just wanted to congratulate him on his terrific 7 year career.
And he puts on his sad face when he needs a favorable call.shuffles his feet on just about ever move.
Bold statement considering he's an All-American.I'd take him over Davis & Morgan..
All day.

You like winners and floppers, you got him/I'd take him over Davis & Morgan..

They guy is a good player but...I'm really surprised Archie didn't send out the student manager to hack the hell out of him down the stretch. He might have the ugliest free throw shot in the BIG. He eventually fouled out but seriously a lot of 2 for 1's or 2 for nones available.
Also wth is the Wiscy coach thinking by not guarding against Romeo going to his right? It's the only direction he goes!
I am glad we do not have to play against him after this year. Very high BBall IQ. His cleverness and work ethic have taken him a long way.You like winners and floppers, you got him/
At least at the press conference after the game he looked pretty ticked that the lost. I like it. Players should hate to lose. He's learned from Bo since day one... whines over every call... hands in the air... big shock on his face... as if someone just asked him to give up a kidney... whiner!
Seemed like he would retire first before leaving Iowa.
Jess was at Iowa for a decade
Romeo did that in HS, his shooting will eventually come back, and yes then he will be almost unguardableWell, they were trying to guard him to his right.... he's really good to his right and still can get by guys. Super long and uses his length great on drives. I'm fine with him not taking anything but a wide open 3 the rest of the year and get his going to the basket. He'll be a monster when he's hitting 80% of his FTs and 35+% of his 3s. Unfortunately it will be for an NBA team and not the Cream and Crimson.
Watched the replay. No one overplayed his right hand or tried to keep him from going right. We were lucky.Well, they were trying to guard him to his right.... he's really good to his right and still can get by guys. Super long and uses his length great on drives. He may have some issues in the NBA if at some point he will has to guard a player as quick and physical as Khalil Iverson of Wisconsin. Might that happen?
Yes, an All-American or two would be welcome. We need a guy or two like Happ. This team needs a makeover this offseason
