Appears that we will (not) be watching a lot more tractor pulls and cornhole on ESPN soon.
The BIG is certainly setting the stage to be king dick for the foreseeable future. Good. F ESPN and F the SEC.
I can’t believe no other conference paid attention. The B1G had this template since 2011. Plenty of time for the rest to do the same. They can’t say they got caught off guards. Warren just made everyone look silly.

Brilliant adding SC and UCLA, the media footprint for the B1G is truly uniques and adding these schools creates some great national TV matchups. SC and OSU? IU and UCLA in basketball? Washington, Colorado and Arizona/ASU would put the cap on it. B1G would have every major market except Southeast and TX.
When I was kid i remember PU playing UW in Seattle. Absolutely beautiful day and overhead of Husky Stadium sitting right on lake Washington and a great game - up and down the field, Danielson throwing for a lot of yards for PU and Sonny Sixkiller the same for UW. UW fans grill fresh salmon at their tailgates. Still remember that game.
I didn't read the article but did Warren negotiate the deal or does the BT have lawyers etc, to do the deal?
Do the member schools have any input?
Warren is an NFL guy and this looks like an NFL style programming move. So I’m sure all the above.
