Almost like clockwork we seem to get bombshells like this right before the season! But unlike years past, I think the RB room has the depth to weather this storm and guys have an opportunity to step up!

Sad when kids with great opportunities make mistakes that cost them, but as always, hopefully he learns from this and has a chance to work his way back into the team and onto the field. But that kind of suspension sounds a bit more serious than missing class. TBD

On the one hand, I fear you are right: It does sound way more serious than skipping class or being habitually late for team meetings. On the other hand, I hope you are right that he has a chance to earn his way back.
But, for once, we have someone who will most likely step up. Maybe the thought that this is his senior season will motivate Mike Majette; maybe Stevie Scott will seize the opportunity to impress ... there are options.
