Didn't RMK always start the best 5 from the previous practice???

I don't remember his lineups changing a great deal from the top 4. There might have been a switch on the 5th starter based on matchups. I don't remember Alford, Cheaney, Damon or others missing a start. I know Alford or whoever was supposed to be the best player was kicked out of practice or rode harder than the rest. It made the players think if RMK could kick the best player out of practice what would he do with the players that weren't as critical?

Knight would be hard on someone if he knew they could take it. RMK slapped his hands and told me to pass the ball after I took a really long shot at his camp. I only took it because he was watching. It was my big chance and I missed it. My shot at an IU scholarship ended before my 6th grade year! He probably would have said the same thing if it went in, but I just know he would have followed me like Damon after that!
