Defense Production Act

On a pivot system on the west coast. Not being done in the midwest, YET.
I'm really quite surprised we consider "conquering how to farm under panels" as any significant breaking development. We drove a freaking remote vehicle around MARS.
To me, this is the technological "challenge" equal to "how do I flip a Hamburger". It's not about inventing the wheel, it's just redesigning what we already have.
Like your grazing post. The solution is....... Open the gate, let them in.
This is 100% not a dig on you, I just don't see this as being a challenge.

Corn might be tough but soybeans could be doable.
Ummm, put taller legs on the panels? We could graze Giraffes , just open the gate to let them in.
mirror the reflective sun light to where it’s needed, all of the light “wash” shouldn’t be wasted.
Create airflow and plumbing within the panels to condense the moister from the air to create micro irrigation units.
mid we squeeze this thing hard enough, we might find the first perpetual motion…. Wait, nope the sun is still an external power source… it’ll still be cool!
