He's the most punchable prick since Cardinal in this league, and it's not surprising that most of the candidates in the last 20 or so are from PU, WI, or IA
I loved watching him lose today.
Johnny Davis wouldn't talk in the handshake line, lol. I guess he doesn't have much to say when he loses.

Can you imagine that happening on a Coach Knight bench? Some kid going off on an assistant on Knight’s staff? The kid would have his ass planted about 10 rows up in the nearest bleachers. That has to be embarrassing for the BigTen COY.
OK…. I’m not defending Davidson here. I hate him as much as anyone else, although I would love to have his energy and enthusiasm on our team. (But not the dirty play and punkiness).
Anyway…. This clip was taken right after he fouled out (I believe) and He thought the foul was a bad call.
He started his antics right when the foul was called. This clip was right after he got off the floor… and continued his tantrum.
So I don’t think he was berating the ass coach…. Or anything like that…. He was bi+ching about the call that he though was bad.
Again….. not defending him…. Just trying to clarify when this happened during the timing of the game.
I would equate it to X doing the exact same thing if he fouled out of a game with a bad call, or what he thought was a bad call. I can see X having that kind of reaction as well.

No, it started a few plays before that. On an inbound play when Davis drove the basket and it looked like a foul could have been called. Davison should have been T-d up at that point. Screamed towards the official and stared him down as he walked by. That was the beginning of the meltdown. He wants to go into coaching someday.
Berating the coach or bitching about the call either one, I would have backed his punk ass up two feet so that he could talk to me in a respectful manner.
He put his face on the man talking in that way. No matter what the subject it needed correcting.
Maybe Tyra will buy him a Hoosiers sweatshirt and take him to the games today now that her badgers are done.
MSU was doubling to force the ball out of his hands. But he wouldn’t give it up. That’s how you shoot 3 for 19. Bet we will see him guarded that way again.

I think he was in Krabbenhoft's face. He is the guy Howard bitch slapped and IIRC was known for clean but devasting screens as a player.

Steve Grote, Brian Cardinal, Chris Kramer, Aaron Craft, Jeff Moe, and many others played with passion and competitiveness. I have a grudging respect for them.

Grayson Allen is 2nd on my list. Allen's brainwaves lose connection in the heat of the moment.

IU has had some players who have rubbed people the wrong way. I can think of Will Sheehey, Dane Fife, and Todd Jadlow.
We hate him and that is the biggest compliment we can give. If he sucked no one would care. Love the kid and wish he had played for us.
Love his hard nosed play…. But it would only take about 2 outbursts like he displayed in the original post and regardless of talent he would be off my team.
